With a strong background, Christopher Oliver has honed his skills in several prestigious establishments in Belgium and France. He led the kitchens of Le Duc at the Hôtel Westminster, worked as sous-chef at Restaurant Lola in Brussels, and contributed to the entry of a Brussels-based restaurant into the Gault&Millau guide.
Passionate about French cuisine and seasonal produce, he now brings his expertise and eye for detail to Curatio, offering a culinary experience that is modern, convivial, and refined.
